Warrior Series - Traditional Hot Yoga - NEW STUDENTS START HERE!
Mai Town Yoga's Warrior Hot Yoga class is a series of traditional hot yoga postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to approximately 99 degrees with 50% humidity. This class systematically works the entire body, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress, and increasing your overall vitality. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility, Mai Town Yoga's Hot Yoga class teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. Thursday class at 12PM is bilingual.

Warrior To The Core Series - Muscle Fiber Activation/Core Strengthening
Mai Town Yoga's Warrior to the Core class is a special yoga based class that addresses balance and a strong foundation needed in all yoga & conditioning disciplines utilizing various core strengthening methods, muscle fiber activation techniques & isometric contractions. Room is heated to approximately 90 degrees with 50% humidity.

Dancers Series - Hot Power Yoga
Ready to sweat? Mai Town Yoga's Dancer's series is a rigorous yoga class with demanding strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! True to its name, this class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in postures. Strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. Moderately paced vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. You will learn the fundamental postures and principles that create a successful and effective power yoga practice.

Restorative Series
Mai Town Yoga's restorative yoga class is inspired by Yin Yoga and designed specifically for the yoga student who thrives on high energy classes. Restorative yoga classes focus on gently stretching and healing the connective tissue rather than the structural alignment of bone and muscle utilizing a series of holding postures. Restorative yoga never requires strain or struggle. The postures are held from 2 to 5 minutes and the hip & shoulder areas are usually the primary focus. Students also focus on breathing naturally rather than on a guided, intentional breath pattern and leave class feeling relaxed yet energized.

How To Schedule Your Class & Set Up Your Pass Online
Click on the "Sign-Up Now" button below. First, pick a class & decide what day and time you would like. When you have decided click on the "Sign-Up Now" field next to the class time you are signing up for. If you are new to Mai Town you will then be taken to a sign in pop up field. You will have the option of signing up using your Facebook account or not. After you have signed up you will be taken through our payment process. After your payment has been confirmed your class time or times along with your membership will be effective. As a courtesy we have made this available to you. However it's not mandatory as you are welcome to come in, meet us & we will be happy to get you set up at our front counter. NOTE: If you have purchased a pass for our studio from a 3rd party merchant such as "groupon" or "living social" or you qualify for any of our discounts you will not be able to set your pass up online. We will be happy to get you set up at our front counter. Thank You!
